Green Tea Supplement
Can taking a green tea supplement really
improve your health? Read this article and learn more
...
Everyone is always going on and on about green tea
concentrates, green tea dietary supplements, and other such
nonsense. They say that the green tea dietary information
suggests that this is the perfect beverage for your health, but
does anyone really know? I, for one am skeptical. When
people act as if the simple act of taking a green tea
supplement will produce a sudden complete improvement in the
health, it is hard not to be a skeptic. I'm not saying
that green tea supplements do nothing. I know that
antioxidants are good for you, and I have been drinking green
tea myself for many years. I am just saying that we have a
culture that likes to go overboard with new phases and new
fads. Before going out and buying a green tea supplement at
high cost, it is probably a good idea to read all of the
information about green tea to decide if it is really as good
as they say it is.
After all, there is money to be made, and businesses are not
known to be all that honest with the facts when there is money
to be made. If it makes them more money to say that a
green tea supplement will take 20 years off your age, they will
probably say this. The truth about the value of taking a green
tea supplement is probably somewhere between where the skeptics
see it, and where its biggest fans think it is. I am not
saying that there's no point to take a green tea supplement. I
am just saying that there is so much buzz being generated about
the value of green tea supplements, that it is really a very
difficult thing to decide how good they are.
After all, think about all of the other so-called miracles
of health turned out to be not all that, even before the green
tea supplement was in. Remember when everyone thought that
bee pollen could turn your life around? We all know how
that turned out! I am not saying that green tea extract
will be as disappointing as bee pollen was, but I am saying
that things do not usually turn out to be as good as you think
that they will. A green tea supplement may improve your
health but there is no guarantee that it will do anything more
than drinking plain old green tea would. So think twice
before you rush out and buy yourself a green tea
supplement.
